Walk the Sugarloaf Point Track along the stunning Lane Cove River and return for coffee, picnic and games.
🤩 10am Meet at Buffalo Creek Reserve near the BBQ’s
😍 10.15am Walk the beautiful Sugarloaf Point Track along the Lane Cove River, approx 1 hour
🎂 11.15am Picnic, coffee, games from 11am. Food, fun, laughter
🚌 Public transport. Bus to Westminster Road and walk to Buffalo Creek Reserve (15 minutes)
🚙 Parking. Parking is available within the park area at Buffalo Creek Reserve or across the road in the Field of Mars carpark. On a busy day if these are full you can park on Pittwater Road.
💕 Bring a friend, share the EPIC love. If you know someone travelling the path with a teen in crisis, or have a friend that is supporting you, invite them along.

EPIC walks/coffee are all about connection for parents of teens in crisis. We walk, talk, listen, laugh, cry and relax. With so much going on in our daily lives it’s important for us all with troubled teens to take a moment to share, unwind a little and realise we are not on this journey alone.
