Meet at Nourished Café, North Narrabeen at 2pm. We’ll walk the beautiful Northern Beaches Track and return for Birthday Cake and refreshments 🥳

🏋️‍♂️ Need a lift? Members will be attending from the North Shore. Add a request in the messages on the form or phone or email EPIC :)
💕 Bring a friend, share the EPIC love. If you know someone travelling the path with a teen in crisis, or have a friend that is supporting you, invite them along.
