EPIC Online Parent Meet Up
Theme: Holding Space for others. Ending with breathwork with Nicky Hammond.
Tonight have the pleasure of welcoming our guest speaker Nicky Hammond. Nicky is a wonderful friend of EPIC and will be introducing the topic of "Holding Space" coming from a place of love and understanding.
The session will start with 15 minutes of introductions and group chats, followed by Nicky introducing the theme of holding space. We will finish the session with a 10 minute breathwork session.
EPIC Online Meet Ups are a regular place to meet and gain strategies, knowledge, and connection.
Facilitated by parents of young people with lived experience of caring for a young person in crisis. Created for parents and carers of young people who are facing challenges.
What to Expect
The EPIC online meet ups are new. We look to create a safe, informal online space to gain connections and support. We look forward to meeting you!
