Wednesday 29 Mar 7-9pm, Physical & nervous system regulation with Josie Wild, Olive Tree Health. The Narrabeen meeting will be zooming in the Mosman meeting where Josie will be in person.

EPIC meetings are about connecting, sharing and supporting parents and carers of young people. Created by parents of teens, some meetings will have invited expert guests to answer questions and share their wisdom, others will be a chance to talk, offload, discuss and ask how others have coped in stressful situations.

Josie works with and alongside people, living with complex trauma, who want to improve their physical and emotional health in order to better respond to the challenges of work, parenting, and relationships, with an increasing sense of calm, purpose and enjoyment.
